GT9 controller integrated with LCR IQ

Viotys is introducing an important upgrade to the Fuel Controller GT-9 — direct digital integration with the Liquid Controls LCR-IQ flow meter using only two RS-485 wires.

This new connection eliminates pulse wiring, external valve control, and extra components. The whole system becomes simpler, faster to install, and much more accurate.

About the LCR-IQ Flow Meter

The LCR-IQ is a modern digital register widely used in fuel trucks and industrial metering systems. It provides highly accurate volume measurement, temperature compensation, and detailed device diagnostics. Its internal digital protocol allows external devices to exchange precise data without pulses or analog signals.

GT-9 + LCR-IQ: What’s New

With the new update, GT-9 communicates with LCR-IQ through its native internal protocol, giving full access to:

  • Dispensed volume
  • Totalizer values
  • Temperature-compensated readings
  • Real-time delivery status
  • Error & alarm codes

GT-9 can also send digital presets and remotely start or stop deliveries — all through RS-485.

This replaces older methods where integrators had to read pulser outputs and control valves manually.

Key Benefits

  • Only 2 RS-485 wires needed
  • No pulser wiring
  • No external valve control
  • Faster installation
  • Higher measurement accuracy
  • Full digital telemetry

Connected to Viotys Cloud

When paired with the Viotys Fuel Management Cloud, operators get:

  • Real-time monitoring
  • Automatic transaction logging
  • Fuel-usage analytics
  • Remote diagnostics
  • API integration with ERP and fleet systems

This makes GT-9 + LCR-IQ one of the most reliable and modern solutions for fuel delivery and metering.
